Here's What You Should Know

  • Our Focus is Strength & Conditioning. We lift heavy to build strength & lean muscle (but always in a safe way); and we do high intensity cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises for heart health and general awesomeness.
  • We Are Appropriate For You, Your Child, and Your Grandmother. We scale the workouts and modify the movements as necessary to ensure the right intensity and challenge for each person.
  • We Are Not Half Bad. We currently have 188 Google reviews. How many are 5 star reviews?  All 188. 
  • ​We Have Two Primary Ambitions: (1) Create an environment that our members LOVE to be a part of; (2) Help our members get AMAZING results.
  • ​We Are Different Than Any Gym You've Experienced. We are husband and wife owned and operated...not to mention Veteran owned as well. We do the Milton Athletic Club because we want to, not because we have to. 
  • ​That means we treat our people uniquely. Sign up fees? We don't do that. Contracts? We don't like those either. Community events? Yep. Outdoor stuff? Yep. Christmas parties? Oh yeah!
